Castle Newnham school cafe

We worked with the staff and pupils at Castle Newnham school to transform their school cafe. Using reclaimed materials from both the local area and the school site itself, we created a fresh, modern and engagement space. From patterned walls to reclaimed wood tables and upcycled wood science stools, this refurbishment was aimed to raise awareness of food waste and recycling to its users. We tied the colours into the school brand and included quirky accessories like artificial grass window ledges, recycling quote frames and a waste bin made from an old textile unit.
